Mistletoe Magic 07'
"Sharing God's Grace"...raising funds to support local Social Ministry needs.

The “Magic” of Mistletoe Magic Works It Spell!
A huge ‘Thank You” to the congregation for your support and hard work in making Mistletoe Magic 07' a huge success...again! Over 400 individuals baked, knitted, sewed, crafted, turned wood, donated food items for the luncheon, made the luncheon food, waited tables, served as a hostess, cashiered, counted money, packed bags, decorated, set up, took down, covered tables, priced items, greeted our guests, planned all year... and then those wonderful people that prayed and spiritually supported everyone in the process. And...you have begun to see the vision we have had for MM. We have never had such a high level of quantity and quality items to present to our shoppers. We made $15,500! On Sunday alone we made $3,500! We have two days for MM. On Saturday we invite our neighbors, on Sunday we celebrate with our congregation. After expenses, we will donate $4,000. each to Turning Point, WACM and the Wednesday night PADS site. This is your success! Each of you who responded with a yes, deserves the credit for making this happen. It has never been more true than watching the MAGIC of Mistletoe Magic. Watch a group of people come together for a common good, See the smiles, the fun we have and above all… “Sharing God’s Grace” at it’s best...true Evangelism. It doesn’t get any better than that. Thank You.

Our annual Holiday Craft fair will be held Saturday, November 3rd, 2007 in Luther Hall from 9 AM to 3PM. Our goal this year is to raise $20,000. which will be divided between three local charrities. Those served are; Turning Point, WACM (Woodstock Area Community Ministry) and the Wednesday night PADS site.
Mistletoe Magic is unique in that we don't rent out space to venders to sell their crafts, but all items we sell are handcrafted by our own members and artists.
Wonderful wooden items such as inlaid cutting boards, band saw boxes and beautiful holiday decor will not disappoint our shoppers. Our Grace Knitters have been busy using the latest yarns and newest ideas to craft original wearable art and wonderful gift items for all. Something new this year is our beautiful crafted bead jewelry and stamped note cards and gift tags.
Granny's attic will sell antique and collectible items and donations of the same will be welcome. Our Bake Sale and Farmer's Market will please the senses and our wonderfully successful cookie walk has a room all it's own. Ever popular are the American Girl Doll clothes and holiday decorations, including ornaments and wonderful floral arrangements.
A Global Fair Trade Market presents fair-trade coffee, tea, chocolate, and unique craft and gift items from around the world. Granny’s Attic selection of beautiful collectibles and antiques tops off the event.
Come sit a spell at the Coffee Nook. Join us for our wonderful Luncheon in Grace Center, and listen to Ron Fredriksen play the piano, like you've never heard before. You will experience a wonderful day of Sharing God's Grace....at Grace.
